Unable to install -- Didn't work for none default ports.

I have nto been able to install this correctly. Do you have more detailed install instructions available?

I have made the menu modifications, and the icons are displaying properly, but when I click any of the icons.... I get a popo up window saying "gathering selected info" and it hangs for a while, then I get the error shown below. I believe it has something to do with publishing the website. Its the first time Ive done something like that and I was not sure of my actions.

This should open up the same URL that you would get if you open the contact then choose "Actions"->"Add Activity"->"Phone Call".
Try this and make sure it does not error. Then compair this URL to the Requested URL: "/TriadCRMTesting/activities/phone/edit.aspx".
To see the Phone Call's URL you might have to go "Ctrl-n" to open it in a new window showing the address.
This should be http://{your server and port}/TriadCRMTesting/activities/phone/edit.aspx?pid=....

Actually I mispoke... the COMPLETE ACTIVITIES icon is working, as is the MAKE THIS CONTACT PRIMARY icon... its the phone task and case icons that dont work

The address is the same except the gridactions address is missing the :5555 I have been trying to edit the web.config file with the appsetting key=crmserverurl but am not having any luck

Checking the code I do not add the port for the url in. In all my test enviroment it always be the default port (80) used so it was not needed. I add code to deal with other port and uploaded the code and a new release. Can you please download and test for me to see if it is passing the correct url's for you. Thanks Colin
